Welcome cocktail

Location : Forum Gallery, Serge Kampf Les Fontaines Campus.

A cocktail dinner will be served in the Forum Gallery, a nice opportunity to discover the venue, enjoy a selection of gourmet bites, and exchange in an informal atmosphere.

DAY 3 – Tuesday, June 23, 2026

Gala Dinner

Location: Elegant nomadic tent behind the Château on the Serge Kampf Les Fontaines Campus (weather permitting; otherwise, dinner will be held in the Château).

18:30 – 19:30 : Champagne cocktail
19:30 – 00:00 : Gala Dinner

The evening opens with a Champagne cocktail and soft live music (Alice Remy & co). It continues with a refined Gala Dinner wrapped in a carefully curated musical atmosphere, before ending with a lively dancing session.

During your stay

Ticket for the Château de Chantilly

As part of the ECTP 2026 Conference, complimentary admission to the Château de Chantilly is offered to all participants.

Each participant will receive an individual 1-day e-ticket in their conference kit, allowing flexible access to the estate during opening hours. Participants are free to visit the Château at their convenience during their stay.

The ticket includes access to:

the Château,
the Park,
the Grandes Écuries (Great Stables),
and all temporary exhibitions.

Opening hours:

Château: 10:00 – 16:00
Park: 10:00 – 20:00
Grandes Écuries: 10:00 –18:00

The estate is open every day except Tuesdays.

How to get there?

Walking: approximately 50 minutes
By car (taxi or Uber): approximately 7 minutes
By public transport: approximately 36 minutes
- Walk to the “Place Omer Vallon” stop
- Take the DUC bus towards “Chantilly Boussac”
- Get off at the “Château” stop
