Eco-friendly practices
Before the conference
✅ Favor sustainable transportation: If possible, opt for the train, carpooling or public transport rather than the plane or private car.
✅ Limit paper printing: Use digital media (program, admission tickets, notes) and avoid printing non-essential documents.
✅ Bring your own reusable equipment: water bottle, tote bag, recycled paper notebooks, refillable pens, etc.
Eco-friendly practices
On site
✅ Bring your own reusable equipment: water bottle, tote bag, recycled paper notebooks, refillable pens, etc.
✅ Water bottles will be available throughout the congress. They are returnable. Please remember to return them before you leave.
✅ If you would like to visit the surrounding area, you will need to use gentle local transport: walking or carpooling rather than cabs or private cars.
We want our approach to organizing events to be as environmentally friendly as possible. By adopting these practices, each participant helps reduce the environmental footprint of our events and supports a more sustainable model. Every action counts!
